Do you accept returns?
All items supplied new will carry a minimum 12 month warranty, faulty items that are within the warranty period will be replaced or repaired to a new standard at no cost to the customer.
What’s the minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount, the price quoted will include delivery to site, fitting and labour costs where required.
Which countries do you serve?
We offer a worldwide supply of maintenance and shipment of all items, costs are dependent on the destination country, import duties and relevant work permit requirements.
Are my repairs covered by warranty?
All repairs are covered by a 12 month no quibble warranty.
Is my Pre owned equipment covered ?
All pre owned equipment purchased from Sportfix will be supplied with a safe use certificate and will have a minimum 6 month warranty.
Are you Covid-19 compliant?
We have taken many steps to ensure we abide by all Government and Senedd guidelines to remain as safe as possible whilst working at a customer site and at our own premises. We have drawn up a covid-19 safe policy for our staff to follow to ensure your safety.
